Men's Gym in Barrow: About Us
As a men's gym in Barrow our new clients find it better to overcome embarrassment and not be tempted to overdo it to impress the birds, enabling them to get down to the business of fitness, progressing at the right, healthy pace for them.
We're understandably proud of our friendly atmosphere and range of equipment, and Bernie himself can guide you through your regime, offering expertise won over the years, having come first in a large number of competitions throughout his career.
Open from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Friday, and open between 10am and 5pm on Saturdays, prices are as follows:
- Life Membership £15.00 (includes 1st nights training and introduction course)
- £4.00 per session
- £10 per week
- £30 per month
Bernie Cooper has won various different competitions for body building in 2006 he won the NABBA Worlds, also the Europeans, Britain, Common Wealth and Universe. In 2008 he won the worlds IFBB and Europeans.
